Agile (Agility)

Agile (Agility) is an approach to project management that emphasizes iterative development and active collaboration between the project team and the client or stakeholders. It is a philosophy that promotes flexibility, adaptability, and rapid value delivery through short work cycles called iterations. In the Agile methodology, teams often work on small parts of a project, referred to as tasks or functionalities, delivering them regularly and receiving feedback from the client. This approach helps adapt the project to changing needs and market conditions and ensures an effective response to new information. Agile is widely used in software development, but its principles can also be applied in other areas of project management.
