Challenge/Initial State
Eltel Networks has been using Qlik software as its primary BI tool for many years. During this time, numerous analytical applications were developed across the company’s core business areas within a complex, multi-server environment comprising QlikView, Qlik Sense, and nPrinting. At a certain point, support for the environment and individual Qlik applications by Eltel’s Qlik partners and internal BI team proved insufficient.
As a result, the full potential of the Qlik analytics solution became constrained, and meeting the evolving information needs of nearly 1,000 users became difficult. The cost-effectiveness of the entire process also fell short of Eltel’s expectations.
