This raised a critical question: how to integrate scattered data, process it, and leverage it for analyzing company phenomena? <br\/>The solution proved to be the Qlik business intelligence system, which precisely met the company&#8217;s business needs.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Beginning of Collaboration with Hogart and Project Development<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collaboration with Aurovitas Pharma Polska began with the creation of the Qlik application architecture. The tool was designed to fulfill several specific functions: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collect, organize, and merge data from various sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly present key data and serve as a source of insight into ongoing sales processes within the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support managers in the ongoing analysis of sales activities and employee performance evaluations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project marked the beginning of fundamental changes in data analysis and company management. Previously, I conducted certain analyses my own way. It was a very time-consuming process because I had to search for data in scattered files. Now, everything I need is in one place. I now make my decisions according to the principle of data-driven decision-making. Of course, I also consider other factors, but I believe that numbers never lie and are, in fact, the most crucial element in the decision-making process.
